The pack includes a client handbook, in which you’ll find:
- An introduction to the care and services available
- Important information for your health and safety
- An explanation of the different government packages and payment options available to you.

Shortly, your dedicated Catholic Healthcare care advisor will contact you to develop a tailored care plan focused on your goals for enriching your health and wellbeing.
Your care advisor is supported by our passionate Customer Care Team.
Our Customer Care Team can help answer questions about billing, existing or new services, and our health and wellness programs. The team is also available to listen to your feedback.
The team are available to answer inquiries from Monday to Friday 7.00 am to 5.30 pm and Saturday and Sunday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm.
